The 1st way to remove ink from leather seats is to use soap. You have to take a cloth and pour a few drops of this dishwasher liquid. After that, you have to submerge the ink stain in it. You have to ensure that you’re going with a mild dishwasher liquid. Also, you shouldn’t scrub the leather seat. You have to just dab it. After that, you have to clean it with a damp cloth. Doing so will help you remove the ink stains easily.

Method 2: Use rubbing alcohol:

The 2nd option is to use rubbing alcohol. You have to take a white cloth and dip it in alcohol. After that, you have to dab the stain with this alcohol. You have to ensure that you are not letting the stain spread.

Rubbing alcohol is an excellent cleansing agent. Once you dab the stain in it, you can take a normal damp cloth and remove the stain and the alcohol. After that, you have to let the seat dry. This will once again ensure that you remove the stains from the leather car seat easily.

Method 3: Use Hairspray:

Do not want to procure any special ingredients for the same?

If so, you can opt for the hairspray to remove the ink stains from the leather seat.

First and foremost, ensure that the hairspray is alcohol-based. Only then can you use it.

You have to take a white rag and apply a hairspray to it.

You have to wait for a few seconds for the cloth to get submerged in it. After that, you have to dab the stain with this cloth.

Once you do so, the stain will become less stubborn. After that, you can clean it with a normal cloth quite easily.

You need to understand that few hairsprays are quite harsh. That is why; you have to try it on areas that are hidden. Only if discoloration or damage does not occur, you have to try it on the stained area.

Method 4: Use cuticle remover:

Another option in which you have to remove ink stains from leather car seats is to use a cuticle remover. You can easily procure it from any cosmetic website or any drug store as well. You have to ensure that it does not consist of oil-based formation.

You have to take the same rag and apply the cuticle remover on it. After that, you have to dab the stain on it and let it be for 24 hours.

Method 6: Use Aftershave:

Another option is to use the aftershave. Aftershave works on glazed leather. However, if you have any other leather, it will not work.

You need to apply it aftershave on the rag and dab the stain with it. You have to let it be for 10 to 15 minutes. After that, you can clean it with a dry rag. Once you do so, you can easily eliminate the ink stain.

Luckily, it is not that difficult to get an alcohol-based aftershave. Once you procure the same, it will certainly become easier for you to remove the ink stain from leather car seat covers.

Method 7: Use Professional Kit:
